Our mission
The Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) is dedicated to promoting Mandarin learning overseas. Supported by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) of the Republic of China (Taiwan) since June 2021, our mission is to assist overseas Chinese schools in establishing Mandarin learning centers that offer Mandarin education with distinctly Taiwanese characteristics. Milan TCML, officially established in April 2025, embodies this mission by offering courses based primarily on Traditional Chinese, using core teaching materials developed and provided directly by the OCAC. We believe that language learning is not only about mastering structures and vocabulary but also about gaining a deeper understanding of different cultures.
Cultural immersion
Our cultural curriculum highlights folk customs, cultural traditions, festivals, rituals, architecture, culinary culture, traditional clothing, and fine arts. Through these courses, students will gain insight into Mandarin learning with authentic Taiwanese features, enriching their language learning experience with a deep appreciation for the culture.
